If a dispute arises from your use of RocketTags, please contact us directly at support@rockettags.com to seek a resolution.

2. Mediation

If we are unable to resolve your concern informally, both parties agree to submit to binding mediation in New Zealand, before a neutral mediator.

3. Legal Recourse

Nothing in this dispute resolution policy affects your rights to pursue legal action in New Zealand's courts.
