Welcome to RocketTags! Our services are designed to help you manage and recover your assets effectively. By purchasing our products and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account and using RocketTags, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy, Cancellation Policy, Cookies Policy, and Data Breach Policy. These Terms are compliant with all relevant New Zealand laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Privacy Act 2020. If you do not agree with any part of these terms or policies, please do not use our services.

2. Privacy and Personal Information

We handle your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Details on the collection, use, and protection of your data are fully described in our Privacy Policy. By using RocketTags, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up-to-date.

Finder's Consent:

By participating in the lost and found service facilitated through RocketTags, finders of lost items explicitly consent to the sharing of their contact details (name, email, phone number, and location) with the owner of the lost item to enable the recovery of the lost property.

3. Consumer Rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

4. Service Availability and Changes

RocketTags does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the services and reserves the right to suspend, discontinue, or change the services or any part of the services without prior notice. You agree that we will not be liable for any such interruptions, suspensions, or changes unless required by applicable law.

5. Fees and Changes

The current fees for our services are disclosed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to introduce new charges or change the fees for existing services. Any changes to our fee structure will be communicated to you in advance and will not take effect until at least 30 days after notification, in compliance with the Fair Trading Act 1986.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. RocketTags will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on or comprising the service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software used on the service, is the property of RocketTags or its suppliers, and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your service subscription at any time. Details on how to cancel your subscription and information regarding refunds are available in our Cancellation Policy, which complies with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds will be provided in cases of major service failures or breaches of acceptable quality standards as required by New Zealand law.

If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, please contact us first to seek a resolution. If we are unable to resolve your concerns, you may seek assistance from the Commerce Commission, or utilize the dispute resolution process outlined in our Dispute Resolution Policy.

We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email. Please check this page frequently to see any updates or changes to our terms. Changes will take effect no sooner than 30 days after posting.
